ZKSoftware Inc. is a branch of Sinocore Holding Group, SH Group specialized in venture investment, fin-ance, securities, real estate, Hotel and production of biometric technology with its patent. In September 1999, SH Group made investment into the biometric Technology Division and its affiliate, the R&D Center
of Beijing Zhongkong Automation System Co., Ltd, then named this new company as ZKSoftware. ZKSoftware is dedica-ted to the promotion, popularization and localization of biometric technology based on its fingerprint algorithm. Our inte-rrelations and cooperation with a number of the companies, who own the world-class biometric technology, make us in the position of the head of the peers in the fingerprint markets at home and abroad. Over 420 companies use ZK fingerp-rint algorithm license in the worldwide. More than 80,000 sets of fingerprint products have been sold and applied in gove-rnmental institutions, the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Security, Ministry of Telecommunications, Bank of China, etc. Our company has established strong cooperative relationships with Chinese governmental institutions , so-cial organizations and other public service organization in China. At present, ZK Software has become the strongest sup-plier , and OEM manufacture of the core fingerprint identification technology applied to civilian industry. We have manipu-lates 50% market of the Asia-Pacific Area and accounts up to 80 % in domestic market, keeping No.1 for five ye-ars in Ch-ina. Since ZK oversea department is established at the end of 2004, ZK biometric products have been sold all over the w-orld, mainly in South East Asia, New Zealand, Europe, North America and South America. ZK products with comprehensi-ve functions and good performance already meet the oversea customers’ requirement, which accelerates ZK’s step ent-ering international market.
